The world’s 4th payments provider will launch its new Android SMARTPOS range
Paris, 24th April 2023 – Castles Technology, a global leader in payment solutions, will use its participation in the upcoming Retail Technology Show to start its 30th-anniversary celebrations and launch a new range of cutting-edge Android payment solutions.
Castles Technology will be on stand 6C70 at the Retail Technology Show from April 26-27, 2023, at the Olympia, London.
As well as celebrating three decades in the payment technology sector, Castles Technology, the world’s 4th payment acceptance solution provider will reveal new products and services including its latest Android terminals adapted to each use case (in the shop, mobile, and self-service):
- The S1MINI – based on a secure Android platform, the S1MINI is the smallest mobile device in the world but offers large possibilities. A next generation mobile device, it offers multifunctional capabilities and optimizes the checkout process. It comes with several features including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and front camera.
- The S1P – pinpad device with a nimble design for an enhanced and secure retail checkout (with Android 10.0). The S1P features a 4” touchscreen, physical keypad, and multi-communications capabilities.
- The S2L – enhancing customer engagement by offering a multitude of value-added services in a demanding retail environment, the S2L is based on Android 10 secure software, supports 1D/2D barcode and OCR reading, with an 8” display.
- The S1U2 – a device dedicated to automatic and secure self-service payment, using Android 10. The S1U2 features a front 2M pixel camera, GPS, SW Decode Solution, reading 1D/2D barcode and OCR.
