For the 20th anniversary of Safer Internet Day yesterday, the organizer of the event, Internet Sans Crainte, held an event at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in France for TRALALERE, a unique session of the National Council for Digital Refoundation dedicated to the online protection of minors.
The evening launch of the 20 years of Safer Internet Day took place in the presence of Jean Cattan of the National Council of Digital (CNNum), Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Telecommunications, Charlotte Caubel Secretary of State in charge of children to the Prime Minister for an exchange between young people and representatives of digital giants.
As part of this anniversary edition, Internet Sans Crainte unveiled the results of its study Internet in 2023 : what perceptions and practices within the family?
This study, carried out with 1,136 parents of children aged 6 to 20, in collaboration with the OpinionWay polling institute, looks at the impact and perception of the Internet in their daily lives and of their children.
